Terms of Service
Last updated: June 21, 2026
Please read these terms carefully — they govern your use of Haansi.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Haansi platform, website, and integrations (the Service). By creating an account, connecting an integration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
Haansi connects to third-party tools you authorize and builds a searchable, organization-specific knowledge base to help your team find information and answers. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party tool, you authorize Haansi to access content from that tool according to the permissions you grant, and you represent that you have the rights and authorization to connect it and to allow that access. Your use of third-party tools remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
6. Your data
As between you and Haansi, your organization owns the content it provides and the content accessed through its connected integrations. You grant Haansi the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Answers and insights generated by the Service may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haansi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
